pages from gideon’s new testament bible that I found on the ground, painstakingly cut apart (rent asunder) and sewn back together with baseball stitch with colored threads, sandwiched between plate glass and sealed with Tiffany copper foil method. had to put the red ribbon on there (so you don’t lose your place!)

made during early grieving for a lost best friend and roommate, trying to seize whatever level of control I could manage, which at the time was smaller than a grain of rice.
